These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website naturalcommand.com and all products offered by NATURAL ORGANICS, INC. (EIN 11-2279154), operating under the brand name NATURAL ORGANICS (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of this agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole of the agreement covering your use of this website and anything you buy through it. They take effect the moment you use the site, place an order or opt in to messages, and they replace anything said elsewhere.

2. Minimum age

Nothing here is sold to anybody under 18, and nobody under 18 can be added to the text programme. Placing an order is a statement that you are over that age and can enter into a binding agreement.

3. Nature of the goods

The Ordinance Line range consists of dietary supplements. Under United States law they are foods, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and no claim on this site should be read as saying otherwise. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results vary, and a qualified healthcare professional should be consulted first.

4. SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from NATURAL ORGANICS at the phone number provided, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

5. Sending something back

The return window is 45 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at ordinance@naturalcommand.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

6. Rights in this material

Copyright and related rights in this site rest with NATURAL ORGANICS, INC. or its licensors. Nothing on the site transfers any of those rights to you, and reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires written consent from us beforehand.

7. How far our liability goes

So far as the law allows, NATURAL ORGANICS, INC. is not answerable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this website or the products bought through it. Whatever we are answerable for is capped at what you actually paid for the product in question.

8. Jurisdiction

Any question about these terms is decided under New York law and in the courts of New York, without reference to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you have where you live.

9. Revisions

This page is revised from time to time. The current version is always the one shown here, dated at the top, and using the site after a revision is published means accepting it.
